In 2023 we had a clear ambition for Tadhana, a modern Asian fragrance house with a trailblazing voice. The challenge was turning that vision into a brand people could see, feel, and recognize. Our scope included packaging, website, and campaigns, all rooted in a unique style. Allison Rietta led with strategy. She started by helping us define our brand voice and messaging, and by mapping our place in the Asian fragrance landscape. From that foundation, she translated ideas into a working system: a logo family, typography, color palette, graphics, and photography direction. She set the campaign look and feel, designed packaging architecture, and shaped the website so the story holds together end-to-end. What stood out was her balance of rigour and craft. She listened closely, kept the message simple, and built tools we could apply right away. The result is a clear identity that travels, impactful on shelf and online, easy for the team to use, and flexible enough to scale. Most of all, Allison encouraged us to think bigger gave us a design system strong enough to support that future.
