Each time I visit a new city, I love the challenge of exploring and finding new things. Most of the time it usually revolves around food! Three years ago in NYC, I came across this great restaurant located on Canal Street. I loved everything about the place; the vibe, the location, the "un-pretentiousness" about it, and especially the food. It was there I had my first Pitaya bowl and pickled salmon.
